    To exchange knowledge, to learn from each other and to get inspired, hospitals from the region of the Hague together with NedTrain - railway maintenance unit of the NS - visited a location of Lely Industries. Lely is a very innovative company in the agriculture. Lean and 12® are used for continuous improvement in the organization.

    metID, the office behind the development of Qii12®, supports PaySquare in realizing an environment for innovation and continuous improvement. Support will be provided in the form of coaching the managers and their teams. The recommendations from the Qii12® research, earlier this year, will serve as a guide.

    After the succesful launch of Qii12® into Germany and the United Kingdom, Sweden is also interested in the power of the organization improvement methodology. A partnership with Valuesonline, a Swedish initiative focused on value research, aims to acquaint the Swedish market with the methodology.

    PaySquare, a Dutch creditcard company, has screened and improved its internal processes based on the principles of Lean and Six Sigma. Purpose: to improve services and reduce costs. With Qii12® is determined where further improvements are possible. The next half year the improvements will be implemented and in April 2011 the effects will be re-measured.

In The Netherlands a second measurement cycle is going on to evaluate the effects of implemented improvements.

    First steps are taken in the health care sector with Qii12®. One of the processes is screened in several locations of a hospital in The Hague. Other health care institutions also experiment with the methodology Qii12® in their internal organization.
